Bartram Springs Meet Tomorrow

May 19th

Hello Turtle Families,

Here is information for tomorrow’s meet at Bartram Springs. The meet begins at 8:00am. Please arrive no later than 7:05am. Warm ups are at 7:15am. If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible.

The pool address is:

1450 Cherry Lake Drive East

Jacksonville, FL 32258.

Directions: Take I-95N to 210 exit. Exit the highway and right(east) until Phillips Highway. Turn left at US-1 North until Racetrack Road. Turn Left onto Racetrack Road and go 1 mile. Turn right onto Bartram Springs Parkway and continue until you reach Cherry Lake Drive. The clubhouse complex is directly across the pond.

You may park in the parking lot until it is full. Overflow parking outside of the parking lots is only allowed on the side streets, not on the main road (Cherry Lake Drive). We have been told that residents are reporting parking issues to the police and violating this could result in a ticket or even towing. Please see the attached maps.

Heat Sheets, entry lists, and important parking and venue information is attached. Please print your heat sheets and bring them with you so that you may follow along. Write your swimmer's last name and event numbers on their left shoulder.

Check your swimmers in immediately upon arrival, our check in volunteer will also have information on any event changes for your swimmer. Volunteers, please check in with our volunteer check in persons at the fountain just inside the entrance.

Please remember to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and bugspray!! You may bring chairs and tents/ canopies. We may set up to the left of the lap pool, and behind the slide if needed. Do not set up at the covered pavillion at the northeast end of the pool deck, as this is for Bartram Springs residents only.

Only Bartram Springs Residents are allowed in the family pool. We are not allowed in the recreation pool.

There will be concessions, so bring cash.
