Important Highlights

Bring a tent but we will also need to share as we have a small area split with a fence. It would be GREAT if we could all fit on the pool deck but some may have to go on the other side of the fence. 

Clerk of Course: we don't use this usually but with the amount of kids we have the clerk of course where kids are organized and then sent in order to ready bench. Make sure your child makes it to clerk of course on time.

Map: I have highlighted where clerk of course and our tent area are. Make sure you go to the website above to see parking and much more.

Communications: We will send out emails and notifications via Swimtopia so please make sure you have the app on your phone and notifications turned on.

Bad weather: if the weather gets bad - we live in FL - we will need to go to our cars till we resume. Again, we will communicate information via Swimtopia. 

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM – Parking volunteers arrive
• 3:30 PM – Parking opens
• 3:40 PM - 4:00 PM Swimmer check-in
• 3:50 PM–4:20 PM – Volunteer check-in
• 4:00 PM–4:50 PM – Swimmer warmups
• 4:30 PM – Volunteer meetings
• 4:55 PM – National Anthem
• 5:00 PM – Meet Begins
