Hello Swim Families!

We have a busy fun few weeks ahead of us with our home meet, spirit night, champs, banquet and splash out hunger still going on.

Banquet- please bring your payment to practice this week and next. You can find Ashley, Theresa or Jessica to make payment. You can make a check payable to the WGV Fighting Turtles or pay cash. The cost of the banquet is $7.00 and you only pay for adults. The banquet will be held at Mill Creek this year. We are looking for pictures for our banquet slide show. Please e-mail any pictures that you've captured throughout the season to Ginger Stork[email protected]

Splash out hunger is underway, please consider donating nonperishable items and placing them in the bin by the pool when you attend practices this week and next. This is an important charity event that our swim league puts on each year.

Sunglasses and Tattoos- we have both for sale, purchase before or during the home meet to show off your Turtle Pride!

Spirit Night - July 6th at Tropical Smoothie from 3-6pm. Please come out and enjoy a dinner with your turtle team family. Proceeds will go directly to our team. What an awesome way to enjoy the evening before our home meet!

Parking for the home meet - we will be sending parking information with our heat sheets. Durbin is a slightly larger team -with that, we ask that you start thinking about ways to carpool, golf cart, drop off, walk or bike to the meet. Like other host teams parking lots are reserved for the opposing team. Our team and overflow parking will be able to park on the streets. Parking attendants will out at 6:30 AM to direct the parking flow. More to come when you receive the heat-sheets on Friday-night!

Champs- there is still time to register or change your no RSVP to a yes to attend our Champs meet. We would love as many swimmers to attend as possible so we can participate in relays and show our Turtle Pride!!  Please let us know if you have any questions

We can't thank you enough for your support, engagement and commitment to our team. It's been an amazing swim season and we appreciate all our families. We can't wait for our home meet!! It's going to be a wonderful morning.
