Nocatee Meet Information
We are excited for another great meet tomorrow against Nocatee! This e-mail contains a lot of important information. Don't forget to buy your tattoos at the meet to represent our team!
The meet begins at 8:00am. Please arrive no later than 7:00am and check in with Ashley Weiblinger as soon as you arrive. If you are in the first 10 events it’s critical that you arrive on time. Please call or text Theresa Patch (201)600-8467 and Jenn Hoffman (619) 865-8213 if you have a last-minute change, running late or cannot make the meet. If you are volunteering please check in with Emma Cooksey (904-864-8920). Please do not leave without checking in with Theresa, Jenn or Josh to ensure that your swimmer's event hasn't been changed to include a relay (if they are listed as an alternate).
They have two parking lots on either end of the lap pool. Please do not park in the parking lot by the Welcome Center and Splash Park. They have a brand new overflow lot at the end of the pool by the scoreboard. No chairs or tents are allowed on the pool deck. We ask parents to only use the bleachers to come in an watch their swimmers. Do not to setup in the bleacher area for the day. They have a large grassy area alongside the pool for tents and chairs. They will have a food truck and a frozen ice truck available throughout the meet instead of a parent run concession stand. One menu is attached. In addition to lunch, El Mariachi Loko will be offering an extended breakfast and coffee menu.
Use the Nocatee Welcome Center address for GPS directions. The lap pool is across the parking from the Welcome Center (please do not park in front of the Welcome Center)

The times of all volunteer meetings will be announced on deck prior to the meet. All Stroke and Turn Judges and Timers (both sessions) must attend the meetings to receive instructions for the meet. Please have your swimmers write their last names, along with their initial written on their shoulder. We also suggest that all swimmers write all events, heats, lanes and strokes on their forearms. This information is very important especially for the younger swimmers and helps the Ready Bench areas significantly.
We are so very excited for tomorrow!! We only have a few meets left. We are all here to help one another so please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
GO TURTLES!!!!
Thank you,
