Mock Meet Results, June 2nd meet (registration needed for all, Practices and Volunteering

    Hello Swim Families!

Now that we are in the swing of things, we will only send a weekly e-mail (normally on Sunday or Monday) with friendly reminders and the Friday before our swim meets with heat sheets and meet information.  Of course we will always use e-mail and Facebook for urgent messages and/or  about inclement weather

    Mock Meet Results

Attached are the results of our Mock Meet. As we shared earlier there are a few discrepancies however we don't want you to have to wait any longer! We have swimmers who did not attend the meet and received a score - please disregard. We will be updating all ribbons and scores accordingly before our next meet.

The Saint John's Swim League changed the way we score events - the points that were allocated for our mock meet will also be adjusted.

During the meet we noticed a few of our swimmers/siblings in the pool or on the playground - unfortunately and as hard as it is for the little ones, please ensure that they are not using the facilities during meets.

If you have any questions on your swimmer's time please let us know. Thank you volunteers for your help and support!!

June 2nd Away Meet South Hampton Hurricanes

As we’ve mentioned, we are working with a new website, there was an unfortunate glitch that removed all of our registered swimmers for our June 2nd meet. We ask that all parents please log  in and update your swimmer's status to attending or not attending as soon as possible. We truly apologize if you've already completed this task and have to do it again. While you have until 5pm on May 25th to complete this task, the sooner we know who is swimming the easier it is for our coaches to prepare for the meet.

    Practices

Your swimmers did an amazing job swimming in the rain yesterday! They looked like they were having the best time. Friendly reminder, if your swimmer is in the pool, we ask that you are on the deck supervising them ensuring that they are following the coaches’ instructions. Please know that coach Taylor is always available and willing to discuss your swimmer's progress or anything that you observe.  She truly cares about your swimmer and their development.  The best way to contact her is through E-mail ( [email protected]) or phone (not on the pool deck). Our practices begin June 5th at our Murabella pool. Please review the e-mail that was sent  about practice schedules and swimmer's practicing with their age group.

If  you are scheduled to volunteer for a shift and know that you can't attend a meet it's extremely important that you text or call Emma Cooksey as soon as you are aware of the changes that are needed.  (904) 864 8920

Thank you for sharing all of your positive feedback about our coaches and the mock meet. We love your feedback and want to ensure that all swimmers and families are having the best experience. We are here for anything that you need.  GO TURTLES!!!
